If you haven't been in a relationship for a while or you are someone who continually chooses the wrong guy then the Conscious Dating program is a must. I fit both these categories. The Conscious Dating program grew my awareness in areas that are key for a lasting, loving relationship allowing me to identify what's important in a relationship and a partner. It to enabled me get clear on what I want and just as importantly what I don't want and develop 'sorting' strategies so that I can find out fast if a relationship might not be right for me allowing me not to waste time on those that don't 'fit' with my values. By doing this program I have gained the confidence to approach new relationships that are truly deserving of me.
Judith was so supportive during what was a very difficult time for me. She was so present, sensitive and willing to just go with the flow and with what I needed on the day. Her absolutely 'spot on' summaries of my jumbled up words, her metaphors and her gentle challenging all helped me make sense of things. Judith's empowering style, intuition and acknowledgment have helped me grow as a person and learn so much about myself and coaching. Judith has a lightness of spirit which is really easy to work with. She had a way of summarizing what I said and replaying it, which helped me see through to the core of difficult issues. Judith is an outstanding coach. I am developing my "yearnings" from within and having fun growing and learning. I've even gone to some "dances". I've gone Country Line dancing, Ballroom dancing (my favorite) and a Singles dance event. I'm supposed to go to another one tonight and tomorrow night.
