As a Personal Life Coach I partner with women over 40 who are seeking a "Powerful Beginning" to the second half of their lives.
Women today are dynamic at 40, 50 even 60 and beyond. Many want to begin again with a new career, relationship, or even dig up an old dream and make it a reality.
One of the reasons I love working with women over 40 is because each day they grow more confident, self assured and authentic. It is a very important time in their lives as they step up and discover new things about themselves each day. These women find success in all areas of their lives.
I am thrilled with what life has to offer at this age. I truly enjoy assisting women to make the second half of their lives the best part yet!
Coaching offers,in one-to-one sessions on the phone or in person, a way to discover your own personal journey and make it an adventure.
Many women over 40 have a desire to make a positive change in their lives but are held back because they have no idea where to start. As your coach I would create a safe place for you to explore all of your options. We would use assessments, workbooks, retreats and transition questionnaires to help clarify where you wanted to start and chart a course for your own personal "Powerful Beginning."
And the day came when the risk it took to remain tight inside the bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.
